Amid a sea of touched and posed pictures, Anshula Kapoor‘s social media feed comes across as being real, raw, candid, and a breath of fresh air. Not only does she share her high moments — be it fitness or fashion — she also opens up about her lows, while ensuring to inspire her fans and followers. In keeping with the same, Anshula recently posted some pictures of herself — in an off-shoulder bodysuit — along with an empowering note on body positivity and self-acceptance.

“Over the years, I’ve endlessly told myself that bodysuits aren’t flattering for my body shape. I’ve stopped myself from wearing them more times than I can count,” she wrote alongside the stunning pictures. “But I had a realisation earlier this year. There’s a lot of hidden joy in being able to try everything I never let myself explore before, at least once. I want to experience that thrill. Am I owning it? Who cares!! Am I having fun? Oh 100% yes!” she added.

She concluded her post by writing, “Still learning and trying not to let my stretch marks, cellulite, tummy rolls etc get the best of me and my insecurities. This is me just letting my curls loose, having the best time with the team I trust most, and loving every minute of it”.

Interestingly, the last picture she shared was that of a quote that read, “Imagine all the things we could be if we weren’t controlled by insecurity.”

As expected, Anshula’s cheerleaders commented on her post with sister Janhvi Kapoor responding with numerous fire emojis, and Khushi Kapoor writing “Wow” along with heart-eyed emojis. Cousins Rhea Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, uncle Sanjay Kapoor and aunt Maheep Kapoor also dropped comments on the post.

Earlier this month, Anshula also made her ramp debut at the Lakme Fashion Week as she turned showstopper for Itrh in a dazzling grey outfit.

Sharing her experience in an Instagram post, Anshula had written, “My first ramp walk and the only way to describe it is chaotic fun! Honestly, still in disbelief that this happened, but I’m so glad I said yes!”
