With Navratri and Durga Puja going on in full swing, the current mood is somewhat jovial and looks like Bollywood beauties are getting in the groove too – at least their outfits say so. Neha Dhupia, Dia Mirza and Taapsee Pannu were recently spotted at various events and all of them slayed in ethnic wears. While Mirza and Pannu decided to go full desi, Dhupia stuck to what she does best, play with fusion wear.
She wore the most stunning monochrome ensemble from the house of Shantanu and Nikhil when she attended the Stardust Achievers Award in Dubai. The high neck collar outfit had simple embroidery on it, which was strategically placed to make the kurta look sharper. With dramatic smokey eyes and shades of pink on her lips and cheekbones, she styled her hair in a neat low bun. We think she looked lovely!
Meanwhile, Dia Mirza was seen in Rajasthan for the launch of the jewellery brand Sojatia Jewellers. Styled by Theia Tekchandaney, the actor-turned-producer looked splendid in a Tamanna Punjabi Kapoor anarkali. We love the powder blue silk outfit with gold gota patti work on it. The touch of a blush pink dupatta was quite soothing and a good way to break the monotony of the outfit.
She styled it with a pair of Fizzy Goblet juttis from their collection line “Golden Sunrise” and statement earrings. Hairstylist Shobha Kewal gave her a sleek and straight hairdo to accentuate her look. We think along with the minimal make-up and pink lips, Mirza simply nailed it.
Even Taapsee Pannu’s lehenga-choli was every bit glamourous and glittery as she promoted her film ‘Judwaa 2’ in Ahmedabad. Considering the actor played dandiya with co-actor Varun Dhawan at the event, we think the Abhinav Mishra outfit consisting of the pink lehenga, silver choli and a yellow coloured dupatta was apt for the occasion. She accessorised it with golden earrings from Raabta by Rahul jewellery.
Pannu played it smart by keeping her make-up minimal with nude lips and smokey eyes, while pulling her hair into a nice bun and accessorising it with flowers.
