In a big setback to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kjeriwal, his principal sercretary, Rajendra Kumar, was on Monday arrested by the CBI in an alleged corruption case.

According to CBI sources, Rajendra Kumar has emerged as the kingpin of the 50 crore scam which first started activity in 2006.
