ED conducted searches across 11 locations in Patna, Nalanda, Ranchi, Lucknow and Kolkata in Bihar Constable Recruitment Scam of 2023

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday conducted multiple raids across 11 locations in connection with a money laundering probe linked to the Bihar constable recruitment scam of 2023, sources in the agency said.

With their raids spanning across four states, the ED conducted searches across nearly a dozen locations in Patna, Nalanda, Ranchi, Lucknow and Kolkata. The raids are being covered under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
