The RBSE Class 5 pass percentage was 97.06 per cent last year. The pass percentage for private schools was 97.04 per cent, while in government schools, the pass percentage was 96.79 per cent. For Class 5 results last year, girls have remained ahead of their counterparts.
Students of Class 5 with an E grade were not detained but were asked to appear for the supplementary examinations.

Students from government schools recorded a higher pass percentage of 95.80%, compared to 93.51% in private schools, indicating improved quality in public education this year.
