JEE Main 2025 Results: 12.58 lakh appear session 1 exam, 14 candidates get 100 NTA score

JEE Main 2025 Results Session 1: The National Testing Agency (NTA) on February 11 has announced the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 result. Candidates who took the exam can check results at the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. As many as 14 candidates have scored 100 NTA score. Of them, five are from Rajasthan.

This year, 14 students got 100 NTA score. There are 2 third-gender candidates. Sai Manogna Guthikonda from Andhra Pradesh is the female topper with 100 NTA score.

JEE Main 2025: How many candidates registered?

A total of 13,11,544 candidates registered for Paper 1 (B.E./B. Tech.) across different categories and genders. Among them, 4,43,622 were female candidates, with 1,67,790 from the General category, 45,627 from EWS, 42,704 from SC, 13,833 from ST, and 1,73,668 from OBC.

Male candidates accounted for 8,67,920 registrations, including 3,21,419 from General, 96,159 from EWS, 87,550 from SC, 28,778 from ST, and 3,34,014 from OBC.

Additionally, two candidates identified as Third Gender, with one from the General category and one from OBC. The highest number of registrations came from the OBC category (5,07,683), followed by General (4,89,210), EWS (1,41,786), SC (1,30,254), and ST (42,611).

NTA  conducted the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam between January 22 and 30 and announced the final answer keys and has dropped 12 questions. For the dropped questions, all candidates will be awarded full marks.

When results are released, candidates should visit the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in and choose the option “View score card” or “View JEE Main 2025 result. They have to enter application number and password. Complete NTA JEE Main result will appear on the screen, displaying candiadtes scores. It is advised to the candiadtes to print out and save the JEE result page for future reference.

Successful candidates will secure admission into NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, and other participating institutes through JoSAA counselling. Additionally, the top 2.5 lakh qualified candidates of JEE Main 2025 will have the opportunity to appear in JEE Advanced 2025.

The registration for the JEE Main April application has been started at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The last date to apply for the Main 2025 April session exam is February 25 (9 pm). The fee payment window will close at 11:50 pm on February 25.
