Three arrested for CPM-RSP clash

A day after clash between local CPM and RSP workers which had left 17 people injured in Basanti in South 24 Parganas,police arrested three people on Monday.

A day after clash between local CPM and RSP workers which had left 17 people injured in Basanti in South 24 Parganas,police arrested three people on Monday.

According to sources,of the three arrested two were from CPM and one is said to be an RSP supporter. The supporters of both the parties were at loggerheads over the operation of a water pump.
