Instructing that each of them take up the role of “guardians” of 13-14 families to help them connect with the party, Haryana BJP in-charge Biplab Kumar Deb and party state president Om Prakash Dhankhar asked panna chiefs at the Panna Pramukh Sammelan in Pataudi on Sunday to prepare for the 2024 elections.
Speaking at the sammelan, Deb said PM Narendra Modi would become the country’s Prime Minister for the third time in 2024 with the help of panna pramukhs — each of whom are in charge of a page of the voters’ list at a booth — as he exhorted them to shoulder the responsibility of re-establishing the BJP government at the Centre and in the state in 2024.
Speaking about the upcoming programmes, the state party president said that the BJP would take out Tiranga Yatra in all the 90 assembly constituencies from August 7 to 15.
Dhankhar asked them to become guardians of at least 13-14 families out of the families in the electoral rolls to help them connect them with the party.
Further, Deb said that though the opposition unitedly wants to stop PM Modi from becoming the Prime Minister for the third time in the Lok Sabha elections, “he had delivered on all promises” including the one on Ram Mandir. Listing out various controversial amendments, Deb said, “He had promised to revoke Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, which was fulfilled. He also abolished triple talaq.”
Meanwhile, Dhankar said that even the smallest worker can become Prime Minister and National President.
Declaring that Panna pramukh is a strong part of the BJP’s election strategy, he said BJP workers should keep a direct connection with the voters of their respective pages of electoral rolls by considering themselves as the representative of PM Modi and party president Nadda.
