2-day workshop on radio at PU today

In order to refresh and update the skills of faculty members and researchers,University School of Open Learning (USOL),Panjab University (PU) is slated to organise a two-day Radio Talk/ Audio Content Development workshop on the campus from Tuesday.

Sanjiv Dosajh from All India Radio will deliver the key note address,which will be attended by a large number of faculty members and researchers.

Chairperson,USOL,Professor Lalit K Bansal said the workshop will benefit a large section of distance-education students by adding an audio component to the study material. The workshop aims to refocus the attention of the distant educationists to the growing potential of audio content of radio talks for students in the era of globalization, he said.

PU Vice-Chancellor Arun Kumar Grover will be the guest of honour on the occasion.
