The Orissa High Court Friday directed the state government to form a high-level committee, if approached by the Shree Jagannath Temple Managing Committee to supervise the process of inventory of the valuables including jewelleries stored in the Ratna Bhandar (treasure house) of Puri Jagannath Temple.
