Neetu Kapoor: A Legacy in Bollywood Neetu Kapoor, born Harneet Kaur on July 8, 1958, is a veteran Bollywood actress whose career spans several decades. Her debut in Suraj (1966) marked the beginning of a journey that would see her evolve from a youthful ingenue to a respected character actress. Early roles in films like Do Kaliyaan (1968) showcased her versatility. However, it was Yaadon Ki Baaraat (1973) that propelled her to prominence. The 1970s witnessed Kapoor's rise to stardom with memorable performances in critically acclaimed films such as Deewaar, Khel Khel Mein, Kabhi Kabhie, and Amar Akbar Anthony.
