Sibal congratulates Shah on re-election, 'upcoming defeats'


New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): Congress leader Kapil Sibal on Sunday criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah for dictating terms in the party as a 'shehenshah'. He also congratulated Shah over his victory for the second time as the party's president but at the same time took a jibe and congratulated him for the 'losses' awaiting him in the upcoming assembly polls.
