Islamabad accused Singh of promoting a “Hindutva expansionist mindset” and warned that such rhetoric threatens regional stability. Pakistan urged India to focus on protecting its own minorities instead. Singh made the comments while addressing a Sindhi community event in Delhi, citing LK Advani’s writings on Sindh’s cultural and civilisational ties to India.
