Manipur Flood 2024: Hit by cyclone, Manipur sees worst floods since 2015, 2 killed

Manipur Flood 2024: The state of Manipur is facing a severe flood issue as a result of the Remal cyclone. As per the reports, this is the first flood in Manipur since 2015. The flood was caused by the overflowing of the Imphal and Nimbul rivers and claimed the lives of two people from the Senapati district. While all the areas of Manipur have been affected by this massive flood, East Imphal and Tamenglong districts are the two of the most affected districts in the state.
