Bihar’s popular educator and YouTuber Khan Sir hosted a grand wedding reception in Patna on June 2. The event marked the first public appearance of his wife, A S Khan. Several videos and photos of the celebration have gone viral across social media.

In one of the viral videos, Khan Sir can be seen seated with his wife, enjoying the live performance at the ceremony. His wife, reportedly a government officer from Siwan, Bihar, can be seen in a stunning traditional bridal ensemble.

She opted for a striking red lehenga, intricately adorned with heavy gold zardozi embroidery. She completed her bridal look with two elaborately embroidered dupattas. One was tied like a saree pallu, and the other as a veil that covered most of her face. Both were embellished with gold zardozi work, sequins, and a traditional patti border.

On the other hand, Khan Sir wore a brown three-piece suit featuring a notch lapel blazer, matching straight-fit trousers, and a brocade-embroidered vest. He added a maroon silk tie and a matching pocket square, and paired it with a blush pink shirt.

Another video captures Bihar’s former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav attending the reception ceremony. Clad in an all-black outfit, Yadav—who recently welcomed a baby boy—was seen greeting the bride and groom on stage. Khan Sir also appears in the clip, engaging in a brief conversation.

The wedding had been kept private until recently. The educator later shared the news with his students through a video message, stating that the decision to keep it under wraps was due to “ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan.”

“I have told you all first because my existence is thanks to all of you,” he said in his message, adding, “After the reception on June 2, I will be hosting a special wedding feast for all my students on June 6.”
