Worldâs top 10 AI-dominant countries: Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming our world and becoming todayâs most defining technologyâwith the global AI market having witnessed a remarkable 25-fold increase in just ten years, as reported by UNCTAD.
Additionally, the global investment in AI infrastructure has reached an all-time high of $200 billion, according to the latest report by TRG Datacenters.
With countries competing to build the computational power to stay ahead of the curve, the United States (U.S.) is leading as the most AI-dominant country, according to the same report.
It has outperformed every other country, leading in AI computing power (39.7M) and the highest total power capacity (19.8K MW) in 2025.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE), with a total computer power of 23.1M, and Saudi Arabia, with 7.2M, follow next, ranked at #2 and #3.
Even though South Korea ranks at #4 with 5.1M H100 equivalents globally, it leads in workforce engagement with AI, with approximately half of the workforce using it in one way or another.
China, ranked #7 in terms of computing power, leads in having the âlargest number of data centre clusters in the worldâ, totalling 230.
India ranks #6, with an AI computing power of 1.2M. With a total of 493,000 AI chips, it ranks #3 globally in the category of AI chips, surpassing Saudi Arabia and the UAE. It is also home to 8 AI clusters and has a total power capacity of 1,100 megawatts.
