There are new iPhones in town! Apple released four new iPhones at its Awe Dropping event.

They are better, faster, crazy sleek (including one that’s as slim as…air!) and well, even more expensive than before. There is now only one iPhone that is priced below Rs 1,00,000, the base iPhone 17 model. As always, with iPhone purchases come accessory purchases too – one needs to get not just the regular display protectors and cases, but thanks to the obsession with saving Mother Nature, chargers and earphones too. Yes, Apple offers them as well, but in best Cupertino tradition, they tend to cost a bomb.

Fortunately, there are a number of accessories in the market that you can pair with your iPhone that cost a fraction of the official ones. So if you are looking to grab a new iPhone but want to save on the accessory front, here are six smashing accessories that will beef up your iPhone 17, Air, 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max, while hitting your bank account by less than a thousand Rupees each:

Along with the iPhones, Apple also introduced the updated version of its flagship TWS, the AirPods Pro 3. The new Pro TWS cost Rs. 25,900, which can basically burn a hole even in the deepest pockets. So in case you find yourself all out of moolah after buying the new iPhone and want to get a REALLY affordable pair of TWS, get yourself the Soundcore V50i VI. These are no-nonsense, no fancy features TWS that are more than enough to help you get through most tasks in the TWS world. In terms of appearance, they do not look budget at all – if anything they have a strong mid-segment look.

The square case with rounded edges along with lanyard attached, the light earbuds with a round head and small stem attached, IPX 5 rating combined make them very good looking as well as very tough. The buds come with a very clear if slightly bass heavy audio output (we do not mind at all), are simple to use and come with a powerful app that lets you customise controls and even tweak equaliser settings.

Top that off with excellent battery life – they can last for up to 10 whole hours on a single charge and the case adds another 20 hours – and these are exceptional value for money. It might not have fancy features like ANC, Spatial audio or a heart rate sensor but the Soundcore V50i VI are simple, rock solid basic TWS, which will deliver good sound while keeping your bank balance relatively healthy even after taking a new iPhone hit.
