iQOO is known for offering best-in-class hardware-heavy smartphones and the company has now launched its latest offering — iQOO Z7, which is easily one of the best smartphones under Rs 20,000, at least just in terms of pure hardware specifications.
The iQOO Z7 is available in two variants. The base model comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage for Rs 18,999 while the 8GB RAM and 128GB variant of the iQOO Z7 is priced at Rs 19,999. With an instant discount of Rs 1,500 for HDFC and SBI card users, the iQOO Z7 will be available for an effective price of Rs 17,499 and Rs 18,499, respectively starting today via Amazon and iQOO.com.
The iQOO Z7 features a smaller 6.38-inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Its screen is protected by Schott Xensation UP and it even includes a screen protector. Powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 920 SoC with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The device has a plastic back panel and plastic frame. It also has a hybrid SIM slot, which can accept up to two 5G SIM cards or a SIM card and a microSD card. In terms of connectivity, the iQOO Z7 supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 while the device misses out on NFC.
The phone has a dual-camera setup at the back with a 64MP optically stabilised primary camera and a 2MP bokeh lens. The device also features a 16MP front-facing selfie camera with support for 1080p video recording.
The phone ships with Android 13-based FuntouchOS 13 and the device is likely to get future software and security updates. A 4,500 mAh battery fuels the device with support for 44W fast charging and the fast charger is included in the retail package.
