Devendra Gupta,an RSS functionary,who has sought a judicial nod for registration of an FIR against the CBI and a magazine,Tehelka,for leaking Swami Aseemanands confessional statement in Ajmer blast case,filed a fresh application before a Delhi court on Tuesday and pleaded to drop charges under the Prevention of Corruption Act against them.
The court has fixed the matter for judgment on the maintainability of the application on Wednesday.
