The Border Security Force on Monday arrested an Uttar Pradesh resident who was roaming suspiciously near the Indo-Pak border in the district.
A man was roaming under suspicious circumstances near Mangral border outpost along the international border in R S Pura sector this morning, BSF sources said.

He was arrested by troops of 135 battalion and later handed over to the police for further interrogation, they said, adding nothing incriminating was recovered from him.
He was identified as Shatrugun Prasad of village Omsi in Lucknow district of UP.
