AMRITSAR, Nov 18: Gurcharan Singh Tohra, president of Shiromani Gurdawara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), at a function organised here in the SGPC information office, released the musical casette Bole so nihal’ prepared by Times music company.

Tohra said that the music cassette contained Sikh history of 500 years. He appreciated the Times music compayny for preparing the cassette. Raminder Singh, Resident Editor of Times of India, New Delhi and Sandeep Kapoor and Pardeep Kapoor, promoters of Times music were honoured by Tohra.

Raminder Singh said that the saga of centuries of struggle, sacrifice and glory from the Punjab bole so nihal’ is an ageless album, of musical narratives of significant events through 500 years of Sikh history. It holds 28 musical compositions, including those of renowned saints and lyricists which highlight the message of universal brotherhood.

This album also includes a 64-page booklet, with complete text of the songs and shabads in the album and colourful photographic plates and rare histopric paintings.
