MUMBAI, May 14: As many as 45 percent of Asia’s young soccer players believe a nation from the continent will inscribe its name on the Fifa World Cup by the year 2010.Fifty-one percent of these expect South Korea to wrest the title, won only by European and South American nations in its 67-year history.This interesting opinion was provided by the MasterCard Future of Soccer Research. MasterCard International, a payments company, conducted the survey in line with its sponsorship involvement with World Cup 1998 in France.
