Actress Golshifteh Farahani,who played Leonardo DiCaprio’s love interest in ‘Body of Lies’,
has been banned from her home country Iran after she posed nude for a French magazine.
Farahani,28,says she has been contacted by the Iranian government,telling her that she is no longer welcome in the country and advising her not to return home,the Daily Mail reported.
The black-and-white photo features Farahani posing against a black backdrop with her hands strategically placed over her breasts. The photo was first published in Madame Le Figaro.
She later posted the photo on her Facebook page,drawing visitors from around the world. The actress has been vocal about her protest against the restrictive Islamic codes of her country.
Farhani currently lives in France.
