Rain/thundershowers are likely at the following places across India.
East: Mainly dry.
North: Isolated places in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and mainly dry in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.
Central: Mainly dry.
Peninsula: A few places in coastal Tamil Nadu, Kerala; isolated places in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, interior Tamil Nadu, coastal and south interior Karnataka and mainly dry in Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada, Telangana and north interior Karnataka.
Islands: Most places in Andaman and Nicobar and a few places in Lakshadweep.

The trough of low at sea level over southeast Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood persists. The cyclonic circulation extending upto 2.1 kms a.s.l. over southwest Bay of Bengal off Sri Lanka coast persists.
A cyclonic circulation extending upto 0.9 km a.s.l. lies over Lakshadweep area and neighbourhood. The western disturbance as an upper air system over north Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir persists and now extends upto mid tropospheric levels. System is likely to move eastnortheastwards.
Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts of Saurashtra, south interior Karnataka and of Kerala and were below normal in some parts of Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, coastal Andhra Pradesh and of north interior Karnataka.
They were appreciably to markedly above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and in some parts of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat region, south Konkan, Goa, north Madhya Maharashtra, Marathawada, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu and of coastal Karnataka and were above normal in Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar and in some parts of Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Chattisgarh and of Telangana. They were normal over the rest of the country.
