Bhaichung Bhutia scored a brace as the Indian football team registered a convincing 3-0 win against Portugal’s third division side Recreativo Aguedal in Lisbon. Bhaichung’s goal in 63rd and 86th min in the second half guided India to their first win in two matches on the Portugal trip yesterday.

India were leading 1-0 at the halftime through a goal scored by Punjab striker Manjit Singh in the 27th minute.

India will now lock horns with another third division outfit, AC Marinhense, on Thursday before the final game against second division outfit Estoril Praia on Saturday.
