PANCHKULA, Aug 18: A cyclist was reportedly killed after being hit by a scooter in Rajiv Colony here. Lalji, employed with a scrap dealer, was taken to the PGI where he was declared "brought dead". The scooterist, however, managed to escape.
A case has been registered under Sections 279 and 304-A of the Indian Penal Code.
