CHANDIGARH, Sept 22: The bail plea moved by Sandeep Kumar Chug, accused of interviewing gullible job seekers after allegedly posing as an executive, has been rejected by UT District and Sessions Judge B.S. Bedi.

He was arrested by the Chandigarh Police under Section 420, 419, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code on September 8.

According to the prosecution, the accused, posing as Shekhar Tata, had conspired with the other accomplices to collect Rs 7.50 lakh from army officers after interviewing them.
