CHANDIGARH, May 26: 121 batallion set up title clash with 127 Battalion in the first Inter-Battalion Central Rerserve Police Force (CRPF) football tournament. The final will be played at Sector 26 Police Lines ground at 5.30 p.m.

The Garhwal Cricket Club will organise second Uttrakand Trophy from June 4 at Government Senior Secondary School, Sector 23. According to a press release, entries close on June 2, with BP Gour, HNo-2169, Sector 23.The matches, semifinals onwards will be played at Sector 16 Cricket Stadium.
Cricket journey
The Shine Star Cricket Club is organising first under-15 summer star cricket tournament from June 5. Entries should be sent to Lucky, HNo-2619, Sector 27-C, before June 3.
Football coach
Former International Harjinder Singh, is one of the candidates for the post of junior football coach in the Chandigarh Sports Department. The interview will take place tomorrow at 10 a.m., at Sports Department, Sector 9.Harjinder is currently employed with the Haryana State Electricity Department as an Assistant Sports Officer.
Bhupinder Singh and IP Nagi, both Sports Authority of India (SAI) coaches are also in the fray.
