According to World Health Organization and The American Academy of Pediatrics,Paracetamol is the first-line treatment for fever and pain in children. Paracetamol is considered to be the safest alternative to symptom of pain and fever arising out of vaccination as against other NSAIDs medicines.
Side-effects associated with these medicines have been counter as hepatitis,abdominal problems,nausea,vomiting and fatigue.
Children being naturally sensitive to many drugs than adults,the medicines should be administrated with care and after proper study of the cases. Examples of these drugs are ibuprofen (Brufen,Ibugesic,Cinbufalm),Nimesulide (Nise,Nimulide,sumo) Diclofenan (Voveran,Diclowin,) Naproxen (Artagen,Naprosyn),Indomethacin (Indocap,Microcid),and Aspirin (Ecosprin,Disprin,colsprin).
