Food is great to taste, but there is something to be said about a pretty plate of food. Mosaic Sushi is quintessentially Japanese – not only that there is sushi in play, but also the arrangement is exquisitely precise, simple and stunning. Much like the Japanese arts. This food art form simply requires us to arrange various sushi elements in horizontal and vertical manner to form a geometrical and colourful pattern that makes it more appealing.
The art itself looks so mesmerising that it is almost immaterial if you like the food or not. One may also resist from eating as the guilt to destroying the art may be more.
