As part of her new series on nutrition and fitness, she shared a glimpse of savouring “yummy and healthy” kala chana (Bengal gram) and green moong (green gram) dal chilla.
“Yummy and healthy kala chana and green moong chilla loaded with nutrients and energy. Also, as per Ayurveda, kala chana balances all three doshas,” shared Masaba on her Instagram Stories.

Kala chana and green moong sprouts soaked overnight

A small teaspoon of besan

Method
Make a mix of the following and combine it with the mixture of blended kala chana and moong sprouts

*Brush some ghee on the pan with your hand and just smoothen it out like a chilla
