Financial services, administrative and support services, technology, information and media and accommodation are the top industries hiring in India right now. There are even plenty of opportunities for those without a bachelor’s degree, these include — administrative and support services, accommodation and financial services industries, as per data released by LinkedIn.

There is a diverse range of fast-growing jobs for professionals with different educational qualifications. For bachelor degree holders there are roles like risk consultant, investment manager, finance administrator and more. For MBA graduates, there are roles like technology associate, catalogue specialist and business integration analyst. Candidates who don’t have a degree can apply for roles like placement coordinator, user interface designer and application engineer.

There are various job functions that are experiencing rapid growth regardless of educational background, as per LinkedIn. It includes fields such as product management, human resources, military and protective services and consulting, jobs in all these fields are available to bachelor degree holders.

There are other roles such as placement coordinator and technical recruiter under human resources. Positions such as treasurer and finance manager under finance and industry specialist, life coach under consulting.

Design, analytics and Java script are top skills required for entry-level roles today. As per data, hiring in India is rebalancing to pre-pandemic levels after a hiring boom during the pandemic. Companies are embracing flexibility, on-site roles are declining by 10 per cent and hybrid positions are surging by 60 per cent for entry level roles compared to 2022. With this shift, fresh graduates have a wider range of work arrangements to choose from and pursue.
