The Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MAHATRANSCO) has released notifications regarding the recruitment of assistant and executive engineers. Candidates who wish to apply for the same can do so from the official website of the company (mahatransco.in).
Candidates will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 700 for candidates of unreserved categories. For those of reserved categories, the application fee is Rs 350 and there is no fee for persons with disabilities. The last date to apply is on November 15 and the online test is likely to be conducted in December 2017 or January 2018.

Assistant engineers- Rs 19,110 to Rs 46,320
Executive engineers- Rs 31,725 to Rs 68295
Qualifications:
Executive engineers require a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or technology and nine years of experience in the power sector.
Assistant engineers require no experience, but they will need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering or technology.
