FROM CLIMATE activism and ecological preservation to rural school education and raising consciousness, spiritual leader Sadhguru has been an advocate of numerous social causes. Founder of the Isha Foundation, he has been involved in numerous initiatives such as Project GreenHands, Rally for Rivers, Cauvery Calling, and the Journey to Save Soil.
On Wednesday, Sadhguru will be the guest at Express Adda in Mumbai. He will be in conversation with Anant Goenka, Executive Director, The Indian Express Group.
A recipient of the Indira Gandhi Paryavaran Puraskar, Sadhguru has been turning the world’s attention to improve soil health and the dangers of increased desertification. He will be joining faith leaders including Pope Francis to lead the call for global action against climate change at COP28 on December 3 in Dubai.
A prolific speaker, who has received three Presidential awards, including the Padma Vibhushan, Sadhguru has been invited to speak on global platforms such as the United Nations World Headquarters, World Economic Forum as well as universities like Oxford, Stanford and Harvard. At the Adda, he will engage on a range of subjects.
