Asking whether the “dialogue he was delivering in India was being written somewhere else”, BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla asked whether Gandhi was “acting as per directions from abroad”.

“An investigation has revealed that the press conference which Rahul Gandhi had done with PDFs… which were later shared by Congress itself, may have spoken about Bharat but were made outside Bharat in Myanmar,” he said. “The question which arises is whether the democratic deficit which you are trying to create in Bharat, is the dialogue that you are delivering for it having its script being written somewhere else?… Are you being played like a puppet by a foreign hand?” he said.
