Jurists and law makers will have to develop a mindset attuned to face the challenges posed by climate change to save mankind from doom,Law Minister M Veerappa

Moily said on Friday.

“It is necessary to change the mindset. The mindset of jurists,law makers and administrators has to be attuned to face the challenges or we will be doomed,”

Moily said while addressing an International Conference on Climate Change: Law,Policy and Governance.

Referring to the regulatory system in India,he said “whatever the segment of the subject,(it) is weak today and we need to strengthen it.”
