Those who say that Twitter and humour have no impact ate their words today. In Mumbai, which saw poor voter turnout till quite late in the day, social media made its power felt, as celebrities and aam aadmis joined hands to exhort their fellow citizens to vote, despite multiple instances of names missing from lists.
