The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final results of the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination 2025. Candidates who appeared for the recruitment process can now check their results on the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
The written examination was conducted in June 2025, followed by interviews and personality tests in September. This year, 12 candidates have been recommended for appointment in the IES and 35 candidates in the ISS. The recruitment drive was conducted to fill 12 IES posts and 35 ISS posts.

In the Indian Economic Service examination, Mohit Aggarwal Nadbaiwalla has secured the top rank. He is followed by Urja Raheja and Gautam Mishra in the second and third positions respectively.

For the Indian Statistical Service examination, Kashish Kasana has topped the merit list. He is followed by Akash Kumar Sharma at rank 2 and Subhendu Ghosh at rank 3.

The Commission has clarified that results of 12 candidates (2 from IES and 10 from ISS) are provisional. Their appointment will only be confirmed after verification of original documents. UPSC has stated that the provisional status will remain valid for three months from the date of declaration of results. Failure to submit the required documents within this time frame will lead to cancellation of candidature.
