RBSE conducted the class 12 board exams from March 24 to April 26 in the morning shift from 8:30 am to 11:45 am. The practicals were held from February 15 to 28, 2022 which were scheduled to be conducted in January but were postponed due to the third wave of Covid-19.

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has announced the Class 12 results for both commerce and science streams. Girls outperformed boys in both the streams scoring a better pass percentage. In commerce, girls recorded a pass percentage of 98.62% as compared to boys pass percentage of 96.93%. While in science, girls performed better with a pass percentage of 97.55% as compared to boys pass percentage of 95.98%.
In the RBSE CLass 12 result declared for commerce stream, an overall pass percentage of 97.53% has been recorded. Out of this, girls performed better with a pass percentage of 98.62% as compared to boys pass percentage of 96.93%.

In the press conference, RBSE Chairman confirmed that the class 12 arts stream evaluation process is almost complete and the result is expected to be announced on or before June 15.

This year, a total of 2,32,005 students registered for Science stream and 27,339 students registered for commerce stream with the Rajsthan board. A political row has erupted in Rajasthan after it came to light that the Class 12 Political Science examination of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) had six questions on the Congress, leading the opposition BJP to accuse the Ashok Gehlot-led government in the state of “politicising education”.
