The parents must note that the Sangathan application should not be considered as submitted and the application data will not be visible to them until they receive an application submission code from the online admission portal. The application for the Balvatika (Levels 1, 2, and 3) will close on March 24 at 10 pm.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2025-26: Documents

To complete the admission application for the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), you will need the following documents and information:

1. A valid mobile number associated with an Indian SIM card.

2. A valid email address.

3. A digital photograph or scanned picture of the child seeking admission to KVS (JPEG file, maximum size 256KB).

4. A scanned copy of the child’s birth certificate, along with proof of address and a caste certificate (JPEG or PDF file).

5. Details of any government certificate if the parent is applying under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS).

6. Transfer details of the parent or grandparent whose service credentials will be used in the application.

The admission application form for KVS is organised into five sections, each presented under a separate tab. The section headings are as follows:

For applications under the Single Girl Child category, parents have to complete the online application form and upload the required documents as they would for any other admission application. There is no need to contact the Principal of the Vidyalaya where the child is seeking admission directly.
