JEE Main 2022 answer key was released on July 2 and candidates were allowed time till July 4 to raise challenges against the answer key. Based on the revised final answer key, the result will be prepared and declared by NTA. The exam was conducted on June 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29, 2022.
After the JEE Main result declaration, NTA will publish the JEE Main 2022 marks of candidates. The projected rank of candidates based on the score is included in the JEE Main marks vs rank table. The JEE score will be eligible for several B.E/B.Tech courses are available at NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs).

Rajasthan's Navya Hisaria has scored 100 percentile in JEE Main June session 2022. Talking about his preparation, Navya said 'I study daily for about 12 hours. The day starts at 5:30 in the morning and goes to sleep till 11 at night. Apart from the classroom, I do self-study during this duration. It has been a habit from the beginning that I study Physics in the morning, math in the day, and Chemistry in the evening. The advantage of this is that all three subjects get equal time and the preparation for the exam remains balanced. Focused more on solving NCERT-based syllabus and previous years' question papers.'
Navya, originally a resident of Hanumangarh, said that apart from Allen's study material, he did not resort to any reference book or online video. He has also got All India Rank 13 in KVPY and has qualified for the National Level Physics Olympiad. Now his next goal is to crack JEE Advanced and pursue B.Tech from the CS branch of IIT Mumbai.

The NTA declared the JEE Main 2022 Session 1 result in the wee hours of July 11. The result is now active at the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in. NTA has not yet released the toppers list and merit list for session 1. It will be upload at the NTA's official website -nta.ac.in
No, candidates will not get additional points for dropped questions. “If none of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong or a question is dropped then percent equivalence is to be established on the remaining questions whether attempted or not attempted,” an official statement from NTA reads.
The NTA has dropped four questions from the answer keys of JEE Main session 1. The dropped questions are:
– 101678 from shift 1 of June 24
– 101070 from shift 1 of June 26
– 501111 from shift 2 of June 29
– 501121 from shift 2 of June 29
To check the JEE Main session 1 result, candidates have to visit the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in. Then, click on JEE Main result 2022 June link, available on the home page and enter application number and date of birth/password. Once you click on submit, your JEE Main session 1 result will be displayed on the screen.

As of now, no specific time has been notified by the NTA for declaration of the he JEE Main session 1 result. However, a senior NTA official had told The Indian Express that they "are ready and the result will be processed by 1pm. We will release it by this evening".
JEE Main 2022 will be divided into sections, this year. Section A will have 20 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and all these will be in MCQ format. Section B will have 10 questions on deriving numerical values.
This year, one major change in the format is the introduction of negative marking. While candidates will be awarded four marks for every correct answer, one mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. However, there will be no deductions for questions that candidates do not attempt.
Last year, the NTA had increased the number of questions from 75 to 90, and candidates had to attempt any five questions in section B. However, there was no negative marking last year.

“We are ready and the result will be processed by 1pm. We will release it by this evening,” a senior NTA official told The Indian Express.
Candidates should note that their All India Rank (AIR) will be announced along with the result of JEE Main score today. Candidates will be notified if they have been able to score enough in the B.E./B.Tech exams of JEE Main session 1.
