ICAI CA Admit Card 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is likely to release the admit cards for the September 2025 session of the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Foundation exam by this week. Once available, candidates can access and download their admit cards from eservices.icai.org using their SSP ID (student registration number) and SSP password. The Institute has already released the admit cards for CA Intermediate and Final examinations.

The CA Foundation exams for 2025 are slated for September 16, 18, 20, and 22. Meanwhile, the CA Intermediate exams will run from September 4 to 15, with Group 1 scheduled on September 4, 7, and 9, followed by Group 2 on September 11, 13, and 15. As for the CA Final exams, Group 1 will be held on September 3, 6, and 8, while Group 2 is set for September 10, 12, and 14.

ICAI CA Admit Cards 2025: How to download?

Step 1: Visit the official ICAI eServices portal: eservices.icai.org

Step 2: Click on the ‘Admit Card’ link for CA Foundation

Step 3: Log in using your registered user ID and password

Step 4: Verify the details mentioned on the admit card, including personal information and exam schedule

Step 5: Download and print the admit card — digital copies will not be accepted at the exam centre

Step 6: Candidates are advised to check all details on the admit card carefully and contact ICAI in case of discrepancies.

ICAI has clearly stated that admit cards will not be dispatched by post and must be downloaded from the official eServices portal.

ICAI will not conduct any examination on Friday, September 5, in observance of Milad-un-Nabi, a mandatory gazetted holiday recognised by the Central Government. The institute has clarified that the exam schedule will remain unchanged even if any scheduled exam date is later declared a public holiday

To pass the CA Final May 2025 exam, candidates are required to score at least 40 per cent marks in each paper and a minimum of 50 per cent in aggregate for each group. These criteria must be met to be considered qualified. Last year, the results for the CA Final May session were announced on July 11. A total of 20,446 candidates qualified as Chartered Accountants in that session.
