Don’t expose too much skin,Mamata Banerjee govt tells school students,others

State health spokesperson Dr Asit Biswas said there was no specific instruction for schools but in general,people should avoid exposing too much skin.

CM Mamata Banerjee has been facing a lot of flak over her controversial stances on a variety of issues and this adds a new facet to the periodic episodes.

“That is applicable to schools as well,and stockings and socks can be used as precautionary steps,” he said. Government authorities are coming up with new strategies to spread awareness.

“In every ward,we have hired 10 temporary employees to visit door-to-door and spread awareness about dengue and explain the dos and don’ts,” said Atin Ghosh,MMIC (health).
