Admissions to bifocal course for class XI open category in Fergusson College closed at 94 per cent on Saturday. The admissions started on Saturday and 543 students were admitted on the first day of the admissions. According to deputy district vocational education and training officer D C Nevse,due to huge demand the admissions to open category in FC were full on day one.
Besides,the students of general merit list,the admissions of children of ex-servicemen,physically handicapped and students who had studied technical subjects at class X were also held, he said. The admissions process will continue on Monday, he said.
