Raymond Realty launches its first project outside Thane, announces gated community in Mumbai’s Bandra

The project will offer 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments along with 30 other amenities, including a 16,000 square feet state-of-the-art clubhouse. Additionally, the residential project will have an exclusive high-street retail space amongst other amenities. This project will see substantial economic returns, with projections indicating a revenue generation of over Rs 2,000 crore, the company claimed in its media statement.

Gautam Hari Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director, Raymond Group, said, “This is a significant milestone in our growth journey as it is our first project beyond Thane. Apart from this, the project will boast amenities and towers that are inspired by Portuguese architecture, offering a unique blend of modern comforts and timeless design aesthetics, the statement said.
