Phoolka to file complaints against erring SGPC candidates

Harvinder Singh Phoolka said that the committee will file complaints against the erring candidates if they fail to remove billboards and posters from public places within two days time given by the Gurudwara Election Commission.

Harvinder Singh Phoolka,a senior supreme court lawyer who has also formed the Panthik Talmel Committee for the upcoming SGPC polls,said that the committee will file complaints against the erring candidates if they fail to remove billboards and posters from public places within two days time given by the Gurudwara Election Commission.

Phoolka said,“This period of two days expires on September 8. From September 9 if any billboard or posters is found on the public places,we request the voters to send the photographs of the same to the office of Panthik Talmel Committee at Plot No 1,Sector 28,Chandigarh,so that we can file complaints.”
