The principal of La Martiniere College was among three persons booked for allegedly misbehaving with a woman when she had gone to the college for her son’s admission on Saturday. The complainant,Raveena,has lodged an FIR against Principal Elton D’Souza and two others at the Hazratganj police station. A case has been registered under Sections 323 (Voluntarily causing grievous hurt),294 (Obscene acts and songs),504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) and 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) of the IPC. The principal,meanwhile,also lodged a FIR against an unidentified driver of a car for allegedly threatening him with dire consequences.
