Street photography has already found a huge following in the city,so it was little wonder that when 21-year-old Ambika Rajgopal,pursuing audio and visual communication at Symbiosis College,Pune,decided to hold a one-day exhibition of her works,she pitched it on her impressions of Delhi. From a decrepit house under the pre-winter sun to the spice market at Chandni Chowk,the 26 images in the exhibition Warmth of Colours at IHC,traversed the multiplicities that make up Delhi. “I have tried to portray the vivid and vibrant colours in our daily lives,which we tend to overlook,” says Rajgopal,who is working as an intern with Development Alternatives,an NGO.
