Court issues contempt notice to SHO

Hearing a petition, the court on Thurday issued notice and directed the SHO to appear in the court on Friday.

A local court in Sikar on Thursday issued a notice to the SHO of Laxmangarh police station for contempt of court and summoned him to the court on Friday. The notice of contempt of court was issued on not releasing a vehicle which was seized in a murder case. The court had directed the SHO, Mukesh Kanungo, to release the vehicle few days ago. Hearing a petition, the court on Thurday issued notice and directed the SHO to appear in the court on Friday.
