A 22-year-old youth,Sunny,died when his motorbike collided with a tractor trolley near the Chandigarh-Zirakpur barrier. Despite wearing a helmet,he suffered head injuries and was taken to GMCH-32 where he was declared brought dead. The driver of the tractor trolley Mohinder Singh was arrested and later released on bail.
